We are looking for an experienced Lead Graphic Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create promo banners and landing pages, including preparing layouts;

• Develop the visual style of the project and communicate it to the team;

• Establish effective communication with related departments;

• Work with a team of designers. Distribute or assist in distributing tasks among the designers in the team;

• Predict difficulties in task completion, allocate time for it in task estimation, and work to reduce potential difficulties;

• Curate tasks to foster the development of designers, overseeing their progress and offering feedback to refine the process;

• Establish the workflow within the project;

• Define the set of tools needed for work;

• Conduct reviews and approve completed tasks;

• Recruit new team members;

• Search and collaborate with outsourced contractors throughout the design development process.

Requirements:
Hard skills:

• Experience in a leadership position (Lead Designer, Art Director, Creative Director) of 2 years or more.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of 3d software: Blender 3D, Cinema 4D.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and brandbooks.
• Deep understanding of typography principles, composition, color work, visual hierarchy and animation principles.
• Understanding of and digital production processes.
• Deep understanding of web design and web technologies.
• Advanced project and team management skills: ability to set tasks, control deadlines and quality of delivery.
• Communication skills: ability to argue design decisions and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Portfolio with examples of complex visual solutions, marketing materials, branding.

Soft skills:

• Creative thinking and strategic skills.
• Organized and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and according to the deadlines.
• Leadership skills and ability to inspire and organize a team.
• Openness to feedback and flexibility in problem solving.
• A desire to develop and implement new trends in design.

What you will do:
